Returns info
Upon receiving the guitar, please check for any issues regarding damaged goods or strings not ringing out. Damage or setup issues must be reported within a week of receipt of goods.
If any damage or playability issue is reported, we will collect the guitar, repair it and ship it back at no cost. Please prepare the guitar for return in the original packaging to prevent any damage in transit.
Guitar setup info
Guitars are setup to be in a perfectly playable condition on arrival, but please check and report any problems with playability as well as any damage within a week of receiving goods.
Please note that wood will contact and expand as guitars acclimatise to their surroundings, as is normal with all wooden instruments. The setup of a guitar (string height, neck relief etc) can change over time as the instrument is played.
Due to the factors mentioned above, all guitars may need adjustment from time to time, which is something a local luthier or guitar repairer can carry out for a small fee.
