Hi Andy Hi everyone. It's now been a year and a week since I started learning and still loving it. I've been trying some David Gray and was wondering of you could do a lesson on it? It's only now playing (or trying to) play sail away and this year's love that I realise how beautiful these songs are and how good David Gray is 👍

Great to hear from you Clint! It's such a shame that the community we all built up on facebook was lost by this, but hopefully we can get some of that back with this talk section and other upcoming website and app features!

I'll be sure to do those David Grey tunes in the near future, all the best with your continued progress on guitar, hope you get some BBQs and guitar playing with friends during the Summer! :)

Half the world away was my first goal to play and I can just about do it now the Barre can still be hit and miss but I guess that's down to me putting off the Barre practice which as I said was now my goal to get the f and b down .... but I hate them still

Yes same with me, I can get through most of it but i stall a bit on the F barre, I think it's just down to practising  the switch from Am to F barre. I also found the step down tricky but i think I got that sorted now.

Hi Clint, A long way behind you in terms of progress (not yet 3 months in), but I've really noticed how working out chord progressions and melodies has made a lot of sense of the music I enjoy most - across all genres. I might have studied music at school, but it's only since picking up the guitar that a lot of things are starting to make sense. Jo
