Surprisingly, the top request from my subscribers recently was 'how to write a song' - so I thought i'd do a short series of lessons sharing my knowledge on this topic!

This is mainly intended to inspire beginners to be able to come up with something original. However, every one of the following 10 points is used by professional songwriters and artists, as well as being useful tools that I use too!
