In this guitar lesson series we're going to learn to play 'It's A Long Way To The Top' by AC/DC.

The chorus to this is simple enough, but there's a real trick to get the Malcolm Young ac/dc rhythm sound. I did my first ever YouTube video about how to platy like Malcolm as I'm a real fan. The trick is, Malcolm fills in any gaps (silence) in the guitar playing with 8th strums that are heavily palm muted to the point of it just being string noise. This gives the guitar a greater sense of rhythm, particularity effective when the part is played alone (i.e. without loud drums) A great string to your bow for all budding rhythm guitarists no matter what style you play!

If you find you struggle for any reason, then head back to the first video for more work on the chords themselves, or check out an easier section of songs on the website or channel!
