Here's how to play the modern classic 'Let Her Go' by Passenger!
The first video shows how to play the intro melody in a simple fashion suitable for beginners, and also shows the chords and strumming used in the rest of the song.
The new video further down this page shows how to play the fingerstyle intro 100% accurate to the record, but beware - this is pretty tough!
Also, see a cool pattern called 'Inside Out' which I recommend you should use as a warmup before going for the fingerstyle version of this song!

Fingerstyle warmup - 'Inside Out' fingerstyle pattern
Many of the fingerstyle sections in the intro and chorus of 'Let her Go' are based on a very common pattern called 'Inside Out'. I cover this at the beginner of the fingerstyle video above. I will be covering this pattern along with the harder patterns that follow on from this in my upcoming Fingerstyle DVD & book coming Septemeber 2017!
For now, here's the basic pattern to use a warmup and get started. Each note is picked with the thumb > 1st finger > thumb > 2nd finger throughout.
