In this video

D to G major chord changes Jam Track with Most Common Strumming pattern ever. This lesson is from the Andy Guitar Beginner Guitar Course.

We're focussing on the D to G major chord changes for this Jam Track, then using the Most Common Strumming pattern in context.

Visual Jam Track - join in!

Starting with the D major, strummed once per bar for 2 bars. The same then for the G, strummed once per bar for 2 bars.

We then get ready to play the D DU UD strumming pattern for the remainder of the Jam Track. One complete D DU UD is one bar, so this will be twice per chord.

Remember keep your strumming arm/hand moving as a Top Tip to keep this strumming pattern going.

Jam along with me to the main play through or the Drum Track alone to really test your skills.

Next Up: Tempo, BPM, Metronome and Foot Tapping

Well done! Let's jump into the next lesson of the course.
