Aims

• Play around a new chord progression, introducing the Fmaj7

• Use the Down - Down - Down - Down - Up chord progression

• Focus on accenting beats 2 and 4 in a strumming pattern

On the only 'up' strum in this pattern, we can lift off all together with the chord hand to be ready earlier for the next chord. This is a technique used by all the pros and actually gives an air of authenticity to this style of music!

This is a foot tapper! When trying to accent beats, having our foot tapping along to the music is a very useful tool.
