I have a technical issue with the mobile app.
- How can I download the app?
Download the Andy Guitar app free on the Google Play store here.
- How do I sync the app to the website?
Simply use the same email and login details for the app and the website to sync your accounts. Your membership will be available across platforms.
- Can I cast app videos to my smart TV?
Yes! For the best experience, please use Chromecast to cast course videos or song tutorials to your smart TV. You can do this from the website or app.
- Videos won't play on the IOS mobile app
There is a known issue with playing some videos on the iOS app. Unfortunately, we can’t get a fix out at this time. This is due to policy changes made by Apple. Please try using the website in the meantime as it has all the same content, more features and is updated more often.
