James Bay - Hold Back The River & Let It Go

I've always wanted to do a lesson on these two classic James Bay tunes. Then, I stumbled across this video which features James clearly playing both riffs with great close ups - how awesome!

If you're at this kind of level with your fingerstyle guitar highly recommend doing a search for the TAB online and using the videos below to try and learn this tune yourself!

If you get stuck, both of these tunes lot of the same chord shapes as in my tutorial for Blackbird by The Beatles, so you can use that as a 'pre lesson' to this.

Remember, to make real progress, it is essential to try and work out some tunes yourself, especially for higher level fingerstyle stuff.
