Here's how to play one of Jimmy Page's favourite songs - Rumble by Link Wray!

The Wikipedia on this song is pretty incredible... to paraphrase; Released in 1959 it is one of the first songs to use distortion, feedback and even the power chord. It was also one of the very few instrumental songs to be banned from radio airplay in the United States. This song has been a primary influence on Iggy Pop and Jimmy Page, and has been featured on many famous movie soundtracks including Pulp Fiction and Independence Day.

The clip above is from a film called 'It Might Get Loud'. It features Jimmy Page, The Edge and Jack Black stat round with guitars talking and playing riffs. It is amazing. Here it is but they might take it off youtube in the future, if they do - do a search and watch it - it's amazing!
