While I'm aware that I am not the primary Country style guitar teacher on YouTube, I will say the following about what makes up the stylistic qualities of this musical genre.
Big cross over with general acoustic style (from Lesson 1 of this level) in the rhythm parts aka diatonic chords from the major scale
Flat picking in the rhythm and lead parts
Boom Chicca strumming
Rock/ Blues influenced lead lines, but much more sway towards the major scale and utilising the major 3rd
