Run To You – Bryan Adams — capo second fret, cowboy chords, the iconic intro riff broken down string by string, the pre-chorus lead part, and a run through with the Rockman 80s pedal for that classic tone
I Am Death – The Pretty Reckless — a live first-listen request, turns out to share almost the same chord progression as Run To You; power chords, octave techniques and some chunky riffing in F sharp
Stand By Me / Father's Song – Steven Wilson Jr — a deep dive into his open C tuning arrangement of Stand By Me and a jam along to Father's Song, exploring how dropped and open tunings create that huge, resonant low end sound
