Playing barre chords can be tough for anyone, but if you havn't built up the muscles in your hand correctly, they can be even harder to play. Strings won't ring out, and changing between chords can seem impossible.

In this video, I show you a way to practice all the chords you know in a way that builds up the muscles between your thumb and first finger, which will make barre chords more effortless. DON'T do this with any hand strengtheners or other gizmos, you need to do it on the guitar.
