The chord sheets I have found for this song all overcomplicate it and add too many chords. The video further down this page shows Harry himself playing this on acoustic with only 2 chords throughout; C/G and D/A, each played for four bars each throughout.
This song can of course be played with just a regular C major and D major chord if you wish to keep it simple! Just play four bars of each chord throughout the whole song.
