• Using a capo can be very useful in order to swap barre chords into open chords. This way the shapes and feeling on the fretboard stays the same and reduces the need to check on your hand position

• Be confident in your hand positions! By practicing lots and being confident, chances are our muscle memory will help us get to the correct positions

• Try using smaller movements and songs which feature fewer chords at first to simplify the learning process
