  • Index Finger - Fret 2 String 3

  • Middle Finger - Fret 2 String 1

  • Ring Finger - Fret 3 String 2

Then strum from string 4

Remember for good Open Chord technique:

  • Elbow tucked into side

  • Sit right back into your chair, ideally with back support

  • Fingers curled over so the finger tips touch the strings

  • Fingers placed down one at a time to form the chord

  • The thumb just coming over the top of the fretboard

  • Ideally, strum from string 4 down to string 1
