Triads in G and A

Course: Triads & Tricks for Chord & Soloing Freedom

In this video

So far we have looked at C major and D major triads, so now can add two more triad chords in G major and A major.

A Major Shapes - Open, Fret 5, Fret 12

We call these shapes by Fret 5 and Fret 12 as this is the start position of the full shape it derives from.

This is all to do with the CAGED system, however for now we just want to learn these shapes much like we've done in the past with any chord.

The theory behind them will come later in Level 7!

G Major Shapes - Fret 3, Fret 10, Open

Next Up: Jam Track 11: Pinball Champion w/ D G & A Triads

Well done! Let's jump into the next lesson of the course.
